Brenda O'Neill's 2013 conference paper "The Political and Civic Participation of Canadian Women" has been nominated for the Jill Vicker's Paper Prize. The decision will be announced at the 2014 CPSA Meeting in May.

Maureen Hiebert's paper "R2P as National Security Thesis: Atrocity Prevention and the Goldilocks Problem" has been nominated for Best Paper in International Relations at the Midwest Political Science Association conference in Chicago, Illinois, April 2-6, 2014.
